The cause analysis and production practice improvement of high strength steel leakage plating defects in a company's cold-rolled hot-dip galvanizing production line were carried out.By optimizing the electrical conductivity control parameters of the cleaning section,improving the pre-oxidation process of annealing furnace and reforming the structure of the furnace nose chute,the production control process of curing high-strength steel was summarized,and the problem of surface leakage plating of high-strength steel was solved.After the improvement,the surface quality of the high strength steel is good,and the defect correction rate of the leakage plating is decreased from 8.9％to 1.03％.
