降低镀锌高强钢表面漏镀缺陷生产实践

针对某公司冷轧热镀锌产线产生的高强钢漏镀缺陷进行原因分析和生产实践改善.通过优化清洗段电导率控制参数,改善退火炉预氧化工艺,改造炉鼻子溜槽结构等措施,总结固化高强钢生产控制工艺,解决了高强钢表面漏镀问题.改善后的高强钢表面质量良好,漏镀缺陷改判率由优化前8.93%降低至1.03%.
Production of Reducing Surface Leakage Plating Defects of Galvanized High Strength Steel
The cause analysis and production practice improvement of high strength steel leakage plating defects in a company's cold-rolled hot-dip galvanizing production line were carried out.By optimizing the electrical conductivity control parameters of the cleaning section,improving the pre-oxidation process of annealing furnace and reforming the structure of the furnace nose chute,the production control process of curing high-strength steel was summarized,and the problem of surface leakage plating of high-strength steel was solved.After the improvement,the surface quality of the high strength steel is good,and the defect correction rate of the leakage plating is decreased from 8.9%to 1.03%.
