Numerical Simulation and Experimental Study on Non-Uniform Deformation of Hot-Rolled Pattern Plate
The bean-shaped complex deformation process of pattern plate during hot rolling makes it difficult to determine reasonable hot rolling process and control parameters. In this paper, the three-dimensional thermo-mechanical coupling process of pattern plate rolling is numerically simulated by using ABAQUS finite element software, and the distribution rules of stress, strain and temperature field in the process of pattern plate hot rolling are obtained. There is an obvious non-uniform distribution of stress and temperature before and after rolling, which will directly lead to the uneven distribution of strain. The maximum equivalent strain occurs on the upper layer of the non-bean-shaped substrate, resulting in the smallest grain size. The reliability of the finite element model is verified by experiments, which provides a reliable theoretical basis for practical production.
