The problem of stamping cracking occurred in the production of heavy truck beam in a domestic auto parts factory.Through the comprehensive analysis of the chemical composition,mechanical properties,metallographic structure,fracture morphology and inclusions of beam steel,the results show that:a large number of TiN inclusions in the steel cracks the ferritic matrix of the steel,destroys the continuity of the matrix structure and the consistency of deformation,and is easy to form a crack source,while the alumina inclusions will promote the crack expansion,and eventually lead to the steel plate stamping cracking.
