对影响吨焦耗煤指标因素进行分析,通过加强对入厂煤炭计量校检、提高煤炭取样代表性、确保取样设备密封性、控制煤炭入厂水分、减少煤炭损耗、控制配合煤挥发分、降低焦炭烧损、确保焦炭计量准确性等多方面的管控,重庆钢铁吨焦耗煤指标大幅降低且持续稳定,目前稳定在1.320的水平.
Abstract
By analyzing the factors that affect the coal consumption per ton of coke,Chongqing Iron and Steel has significantly reduced and continuously stabilized the coal consumption per ton of coke by strengthening the measurement and inspection of incoming coal,improving the representativeness of coal sampling,ensuring the sealing of sampling equipment,controlling the moisture content of coal entering the plant,reducing coal loss,controlling the volatile content of blended coal,reducing coke burning loss,and ensuring the accuracy of coke measurement.Currently,it is stable at the level of 1.320.
