Research and Practice of 430 Ferritic Stainless Steel Roofing Tile Cold Rolling Production Process
According to the requirements of 430 ferritic stainless steel roofing tile,the whole process production of 430 ferritic stainless steel from steelmaking,hot rolling and cold rolling has been developed:the steelmaking process reduces the carbon content and improves the rust and corrosion resistance.The optimization of the rolling process and the hot descale process from hot rolling solves the problem of surface quality defects of 430 white skin steel coils.The cold rolling process optimizes the rolling,annealing and pickling processes,solves the problems of uneven surface passivation,poor plate shape,high whiteness of the plate surface,and the neutral salt spray test of the product can reach 500 hours.It meets the problems of high reflectivity,easy rust and corrosion of 430 ferritic stainless steel in the application of roofing tiles,and the industrial production was realized.
