100mm高强钢板探伤不合格原因分析

100 mm高强钢板经超声波探伤后,发现钢板两侧距离边部200~300 mm处存在连续点状缺陷,定位取样后借助金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)等手段进行综合分析.结果表明:钢板心部存在许多大尺寸的(Ti,Nb)N复合夹杂物和严重的中心偏析是造成钢板探伤不合格的主要原因.
Analysis of Causes for Unqualified Flaw Detection of 100 mm High Strength Steel Plate
After ultrasonic inspection of 100mm high-strength steel plate,continuous point-like defects were found between 200-300mm from both sides of the steel plate.After location sampling,metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)and other means were used for comprehensive analysis,and the results showed that:there are many large size(Ti,Nb)N complex inclusions and serious center segregation of the steel plate.
