Efficient Production of Laigang Ten Strand Small Billet Continuous Casting Machine
In response to the efficient production of the ten strand billet continuous casting machine at Laigang,the process of repairing the tundish flow stabilizer,permanent layer in the impact zone,and slag line in the working layer was improved.High precision crystallizers,high-efficiency dot shaped groove crystallizer copper pipes,and densely arranged nozzles were used to optimize the secondary cooling water distribution model.Low superheat pouring and heat exchange in the tundish were implemented to improve the operation rate of the continuous casting machine and achieve high-quality control under high drawing speed conditions.
