F45MnVS非调质钢增氮工艺研究

为研究[S]含量0.035%~0.075%的铝镇静钢在真空炉处理过程中使用氮气作为提升气体进行增氮效率是否可行,某厂在120 t真空炉工序通过改变提升气体种类、调整真空度(控制在20 000~30 000 Pa)及提高环流量(1 500 L/min)进行氮气循环增氮工艺试验.工业试验表明,氮气吸收率平均值达到20.9%,氮元素的质量分数平均值0.012 2%.实现可以不使用合金进行增氮的目的.
Research on Nitrogen Increasing Process of F45MnVS Non Quenched and Tempered Steel
In order to study whether it is feasible to use nitrogen as lifting gas for increasing nitrogen efficiency of aluminum killed steel with[S]content of 0.035%-0.075%during RH vacuum furnace treatment,a factory conducted nitrogen circulation nitrogen increasing process test by changing the type of lifting gas,adjusting the vacuum degree(controlled between 20 000-30 000 Pa)and increasing the circulating flow(1 500 L/min)nin the 120 t vacuum furnace process.The industrial experiment shows that the average nitrogen increasing efficiency is 20.9%,and the average mass fraction of nitrogen element is 0.0120%.The purpose of increasing nitrogen without using alloy has achieved.
