针对碳钢制太阳能支架产品强度升级的市场需求,采用低碳、低硅、中锰、低钛的成分体系设计,充分利用Ti元素析出强化作用,结合控轧控冷工艺,强化细晶强化效果,成功开发出500 MPa高强度太阳能支架用冷轧基卷.该钢带以铁素体+珠光体组织为主,屈服强度≥500 MPa,抗拉强度≥530 MPa,断后伸长率≥20%,晶粒细小均匀,具备高强度基础上,兼顾较好的延展性、表面质量及稳定的冷成形性,满足客户冷轧退火及热镀锌铝镁后加工成型的性能要求.
Development and Preparation of Cold Rolled Base Coils for 500 MPa High Strength Solar Support
In response to the market demand for upgrading the strength of carbon steel solar support products,a composition system design with low carbon,low silicon,medium manganese,and low titanium is adopted,fully utilizing the strengthening effect of Ti element precipitation.Combined with the controlled rolling and cooling process,the fine grain strengthening effect is strengthened,and a cold rolled base coil for 500 MPa high-strength solar support has been successfully developed.The steel strip is mainly composed of ferrite and pearlite structure,the yield strength is more than 500 MPa,tensile strength is more than 530 MPa,elongation after fracture is more than 20%,the grain size is fine and uniform.It has high strength,good ductility,surface quality,and stable cold formability,meeting the performance requirements of customers for cold rolling,annealing,and hot galvanizing aluminum magnesium processing and forming.
