结合泰钢工业园区氢源供应情况,分析了焦炉煤气近5 a的产量和成分特性.针对氢气初级利用、燃料电池用氢气,确定了变压吸附工艺为当前焦炉煤气制氢的最佳工艺路线,开发了分级、分质、分批氢气纯化工艺,实现了以需求定产品、定工艺.
Application of Pressure Swing Adsorption in Hydrogen Production from Coke Oven Gas
based on the situation of hydrogen supply in taigang industrial park,the output and composition characteristics of coke oven gas in recent 5 years are analyzed.In view of primary utilization of hydrogen and hydrogen for fuel cell,pressure swing adsorption process is determined as the best process route for hydrogen production from coke oven gas at present,to achieve the demand for products,fixed process.
