介绍了云南煤业能源股份有限公司200万t/a焦化环保搬迁转型升级项目,采用半干法制酸工艺,利用硫泡沫和脱硫废液经过过滤和浓缩处理,制备液态硫黄和含硫废液,并通过"3+1"两转两吸工艺生产浓硫酸.该项目包括预处理、焚烧、净化、干吸、转化和尾吸六个工序.同时,经过净化的副产品稀硫酸生产量应不超过每吨浓硫酸0.2 t.
Application of Semi-dry Sulfuric Acid Production from Desulfurization Waste Liquid in Yunnan Coal
This paper introduces the transformation and upgrading project of 2 million tons/year coking environmental protection relocation of Yunnan Coal Energy Co.,Ltd.,which adopts semi-dry acid production process,uses sulfur foam and desulfurization waste liquid through filtration and concentration treatment to prepare liquid sulfur and sulfur-containing waste liquid,and produces concentrated sulfuric acid through"3+1"double absorption process.The project includes six processes:pretreatment,incineration,purification,dry absorption,conversion and tail absorption.At the same time,the production of purified by-product dilute sulfuric acid should not exceed 0.2 tons per ton of concentrated sulfuric acid.
