中修开炉后,两座5 100 m3高炉炉缸侧壁温度异常升高,通过对其异常升高的原因进行梳理分析.采取改善原燃料条件、加强铁口维护、炉缸压浆、堵风口、使用含钛物料护炉、强化冷却、活跃炉缸减少环流等措施,高炉炉缸侧壁温度均下降到安全可控范围,高炉保持高效稳定运行,利用系数2.25 t/(m3·d),燃料比500 kg/t以内.
Treatment and Maintenance of Abnormal Temperature Rise of Hearth Side Wall of 5 100 m3 BF in Shandong Steel
After the medium maintenance and opening of the blast furnace,the temperature of the side walls of two 5 100 m3 blast furnaces increased abnormally.Through sorting and analyzing the reasons for the abnormal increase,measures were taken to improve the raw fuel conditions,strengthen iron mouth maintenance,press slurry into the furnace,block the tuyere,use titanium containing materials to protect the furnace,strengthen cooling,and reduce circulation in the active furnace.The temperature of the side walls of the blast furnace decreased to a safe and controllable range,and the blast furnace maintained efficient and stable operation.The utilization coefficient is 2.25 t/(m3·d),and the fuel ratio is 500 kg/t.
