摘要

对异型坯连铸机黏结漏钢的原因进行了分析,导致异型坯黏结的主要原因与保护渣的理化性能、钢种、异常操作、浸入式水口偏斜、钢水温度、结晶器液面波动、结晶器铜板使用寿命等方面有关.在这些方面制定了相关控制措施,有效降低了连铸机黏结漏钢概率.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the reasons for the sticking breakout of beam blank continuous caster,and finds that the main reasons for the sticking of beam blank are related to the physical and chemical properties of mold powder,steel grade,abnormal operation,submerged nozzle deflection,molten steel temperature,molten steel level fluctuation in mold,mold copper plate service life and other aspects,and then the relevant control measures are formulated,the probability of sticking breakout of beam billet caster was effectively reduced.
