摘要
采用重达65t模铸锭,经合理策划冶炼、锻造、热处理工艺,成功研制9Cr2Mo辊轴锻件.冶炼优化浇注过程参数;锻造增加高温扩散,减小偏析,锻造过程压实锻透;热处理调质球化保证回火时间充足.锻件探伤合格,组织和硬度均满足技术要求.
Abstract
A 9Cr2Mo roller shaft forging has been successfully developed using a 65 t mold ingot and reasonable planning of smelting,forging,and heat treatment processes.The casting process parameters for smelting were optimized.Forging increases high-temperature diffusion,reduces segregation,and ensure compacts and penetrates in the forging process.Heat treatment and tempering spheroidization ensure sufficient tempering time.The forgings pass the flaw detection,and the microstructure and hardness can meet the technical requirements.
