研究了砂箱、单壳对铸造ZG0Cr16Ni4Cu3Nb耐热钢显微组织和力学性能的影响.研究表明:采用砂箱、单壳的方式浇注力学试棒,显微组织主要为板条状马氏体、δ-铁素体、M23C6型碳化物和NbC碳化物;不同点在于,采用砂箱的试棒,基体上存在纳米尺寸的富铜析出相.力学结果表明,采用砂箱的方式浇注试棒,力学性能优于采用单壳的方式浇注试棒.
Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Cast ZG0Cr16Ni4Cu3Nb Heat Resistant Steel
The effects of sand box and single shell on microstructure and mechanical properties of cast ZG0Cr16Ni4Cu3Nb heat resistant steel have been studied.The results show that the microstructure of the mechanical test rod is mainly composed of lath martensite,δ-ferrite,M23C6 carbides and NbC carbides.The difference lies in the existence of nano-sized copper-rich precipitates on the matrix of the test bar of the sand box.The mechanical results show that the mechanical properties of the sand box is better than that of the single shell.
