Improvement and Application of Hydraulic Bypass Valve in TRT Power Generation
TRT hydraulic bypass valve is an important operating equipment and safety safeguard for the turbine electric generator of the blast furnace.When the top pressure of the blast furnace exceeds a set value,the TRT hydraulic bypass valve can be used as a safety control device,by-pass valve opens pressure relief instantly to ensure that the top pressure of blast furnace does not exceed the specified range,to ensure that the unit load and speed control in the Operation Index.During the operation of the by-pass valve,the servo system of the by-pass valve will be influenced by the oil system and the automatic control system,through the improvement measures such as flushing servo valve,eliminating false connection and bad contact of signal line,and optimizing internal procedure,the operation of hydraulic bypass valve is ensured in time and reliably.
