青特钢降低烧结矿碱度和高炉镁铝比的生产实践

青特钢烧结针对烧结矿碱度和镁铝比高的问题,从降低烧结矿中的碱度和氧化镁两方面入手.经过实施后,烧结矿质量有一程度地降低,在保证高炉炉况顺行的前提下,实施后烧结矿MgO下降0.2%,R2下降0.07,高炉MgO/Al2O3降低0.05~0.09,降低铁水成本2.13元/t,年降铁水成本1 065万元.
Production of Reducing Sinter Alkalinity and Magnesium-aluminum Ratio of Blast Furnace in Qingdao Specialsteel
In view of the problem of the high ratio of sinter alkalinity and magnesium-aluminum,Qingdao special iron and steel sintering starts from the reduction of alkalinity and magnesium oxide in sinter.After the implementation,the quality of sinter was reduced to a degree.On the premise of ensuring the blast furnace condition,the MgO of sinter decreased by 0.2%,R2 decreased by 0.07,the MgO/Al2O3 was reduced by 0.05-0.09,the cost of molten iron was reduced by 2.13 Yuan/ton,and the annual cost of molten iron was reduced by 10.65 million Yuan.
