摘要
干熄焦脱硫系统运转设备研磨机,日常运行时为1开1备.如果脱硫研磨机同时出现故障,将无法实现脱硫操作,此时干熄焦烟气二氧化硫含量将异常升高.为达到环保要求,为脱硫研磨机系统增设1套简易的应急小苏打吸入装置,在研磨机出现故障无法开启的情况下,仍然可以控制二氧化硫含量,避免出现环保事故.
Abstract
CDQ grinding machine for desulfurization system is operation equipment,during daily operation,one is on and one is on standby.If the desulfurization grinder malfunctions simultaneously,it will not be able to achieve desulfurization operation,at this time,the sulfur dioxide content in the dry quenching flue gas will abnormally increase.To meet environmental protection requirements,add a simple emergency baking soda suction device to the desulfurization grinder system,in the event that the grinder malfunctions and cannot be turned on,the sulfur dioxide content can still be controlled,that can prevent environmental accidents from occurring.
