摘要
废钢资源进行转炉冶炼,可有效降低炼钢工序成本.充分利用废钢价格低于铁水成本的优势,采取提高入炉铁水温度、优化转炉冶炼模型、实施少渣冶炼、降低转炉出钢温度等措施,使铁水消耗由原来的970 kg/t降低到820 kg/t,实现了废钢资源最大化利用.
Abstract
The cost of steelmaking process can be reduced effectively by smelting scrap steel resources in converter.Making full use of the advantage that the price of scrap steel is lower than the cost of hot metal,taking measures such as raising the temperature of hot metal in the furnace,optimizing the smelting model of the converter,implementing less slag smelting,and reducing the temperature of the converter,the consumption of hot metal is reduced from the original 970 kg/t to 820 kg/t,and the maximum utilization of scrap steel resources is realized.
