摘要

总结了山钢1#5 100m3高炉因公司生产需要进行94h的焖炉操作实践.为保证大型高炉复风后炉况的稳定顺行,通过制定严密的焖炉技术方案,优化焖炉料的结构组成,详密计算炉料负荷,加强炉体保温减少热量损失,复风后2.5h风量恢复至全风水平,实现了炉况的快速恢复,各项高炉经济技术指标良好.

Abstract

According to blast furnace production needs in Shansteel,94 hours of shut in operation was carried out.In order to ensure the stability of large blast furnace after furnace shut condition,by making strict furnace technology scheme,optimizing the structure of furnace,detailed calculation furnace load,strengthen furnace insulation to reduce heat loss,after 2.5 hours air volume hack to the wind level,the rapid recovery of furnace condition was realized.The furnace economic and technical indicators are good.
