Application of Sintering Flue Gas Circulation Technology at the Ironmaking Plant of Shiheng Special Steel
In the Shiheng Special Steel's No.3 sintering machine,an internal recycling process for sintering gas circulation has been developed by studying the technology of sintering gas circulation.The hot waste gas generated in the sintering machine production process is recycled.After more than two years of application,the exhaust gas of the sintering machine is reduced by 8％-10％,the annual hot exhaust gas is reduced by 290 million m3,the sintered solid fuel consumption is reduced by 2.5 kg/t,the annual saving of solid fuel is more than 6,500 t,and the annual emission of pollutants is reduced by about 19,055 tons of carbon dioxide,60 tons of sulfur dioxide and 40 tons of nitrogen oxides.A comprehensive sinter cost reduction of 2.76 Yuan/t was achieved.
