马钢2×380 m2烧结机节能减排实践

为进一步适应烧结生产优质、降耗、减排的发展的需求,马钢2 × 380 m2烧结机采取了一系列提质降耗技术措施.通过持续优化厚料层烧结生产经济潜力;降低固体燃耗;点火炉升级改造、带冷机改环冷机、烧结机漏风治理、大型风机变频技术等多项节能新技术的应用以及创新管理,在烧结矿质量以及节能降耗方面取得了显著改善效果,工序能耗由55 kgce/t下降至47 kgce/t水平.同时对当前2 × 380 m2烧结机烧结高效、低耗生产存在的问题提出了改进方向,以进一步促进节能减排工作的持续发展.
Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Practice of 2 × 380 m2 Sintering Machine in Ma Steel
In order to meet the needs of high quality,low consumption and emission reduction in sintering production,a series of technical measures for improving quality and reducing consumption of 2 × 380 m2 sintering machine were adopted in masteel.Through continuous optimization of thick bed sintering production economic potential,the application and innovation management of many new energy-saving technologies,such as upgrading of ignition furnace,changing belt cooler into ring cooler,air leakage treatment of sintering machine,frequency conversion technology of large fan,etc.,the quality of sinter and energy saving have been improved remarkably,and the process energy consumption has been reduced from 55 kgce/t to 47 kgce/t.At the same time,the paper puts forward the improvement direction of the problems existing in the current high efficiency and low consumption production of 2 × 380 m2 sintering machine,so as to further promote the sustainable development of energy saving and emission reduction.
