Application of using Low Calorific Value Gas for Calcination in Double Chamber Vertical Kilns
Based on the production conditions of Shiheng Special Steel,this study analyzes the influencing factors of using low calorific value gas for calcination in a double chamber vertical kiln,formulates reasonable calcination processes,improvement measures,and innovative technologies.And stable and smooth operation of the double chamber vertical kiln was achieved.Full production capacity and the desired results were reached.
