山钢1#5 100 m3高炉于2017年12月开炉,开炉后高炉出现"低产高耗"的情况.高炉以"提产降耗"为目标,通过采取优化装料制度、提高炉缸活跃性和提高铁水[Si]稳定率等措施,高炉两股气流顺畅,炉型规整,高炉实现了提产降耗的高效生产.1#5 100 m3高炉从2023年四季度开始各项技术经济指标均明显提高,2023年12月份高炉风量平均7 750 m3/min达到历史最佳水平,利用系数由1.90 t/(m3·d)以上提升至2.22 t/(m3·d)以上,入炉焦比由上半年的371.5 kg/t降至345 kg/t.
Practice of Production Increase and Consumption Reduction of 1#5 100 m3 Blast Furnace
The 1#5 100 m3 blast furnace of Shandong Iron and Steel started operation in December 2017,and after the furnace started,it experienced a situation of"low production and high consumption".The blast furnace aims to increase production and reduce consumption.By adopting measures such as optimizing the loading system,improving the activity of the furnace cylinder,and increasing the stability of the molten iron[Si],the two streams of air in the blast furnace are smooth,the furnace shape is regular,and the blast furnace achieves efficient production with increased production and reduced consumption.Since the fourth quarter of 2023,the technical and economic indicators of the 1#5 100 m3 blast furnace have improved significantly.In December 2023,the average blast furnace air volume of 7 750 m3/min has reached the best level in history,and the utilization coefficient has been increased from 1.90 t/(m3·d)to 2.22 t/(m3·d).The coke ratio was decreased to 345 kg/t from 371.5 kg/t in the first half of the year.
