高品质建筑支撑模板用冷轧钢带的研发与制备

针对建筑混凝土施工用钢模板质量升级提出的轻量化、高承载能力、长使用寿命等使用需求,采用中碳、低硅、中锰,加铌、钛的微合金化的成分设计,充分利用碳、锰元素固溶强化及铌、钛元素的沉淀强化作用,配合全流程保护浇筑技术、控轧控冷及罩式退火工艺,成功开发出建筑支撑模板制造用冷轧钢带.所得退火钢带组织为铁素体+点球状游离渗碳体,屈服强度≥345 MPa,抗拉强度≥470 MPa,断后伸长率≥16%,产品在保证强韧性的基础上,具有较好的延伸率,达到了钢模板制造需要的折弯及强度要求,实现了高性能建筑支撑结构用冷轧钢带的批量制备,满足了用户定制化服务需求,具备较强的工业实践价值.
Development and Preparation of Cold Rolled Steel Strip for High Quality Building Support Formwork
According to the requirements of lightweight,high bearing capacity and long service life proposed by the quality upgrade of steel formwork for building concrete construction,the composition system design of medium carbon,low silicon and medium manganese,plus niobium and titanium micro-alloy is adopted,and the solid solution strengthening of carbon and manganese elements and the precipitation and precipitation strengthening of niobium and titanium elements are fully utilized.The cold-rolled steel strip for the manufacture of building support formwork has been successfully developed by combining the whole process of protective pouring technology,controlled rolling and cooling and cover annealing technology.The obtained annealed steel strip structure is ferritic+point spherical free cementite,yield strength is more than 345 MPa,tensile strength is more than 470 MPa,elongation after breaking is more than 16%,the product on the basis of ensuring strength and toughness,has a good elongation,fully meet the bending and strength requirements of steel formwork manufacturing.The mass preparation of cold-rolled steel strips for high-performance building support structures is realized,which meets the needs of customized services of users,and has strong industrial practice and promotion value.
