摘要
针对高品质机械连接平垫圈制造用热轧钢带提出的高强度、高耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳等性能提级要求,通过优化成分设计,配合冶炼过程吹氩制度优化及中间包过热度协同控制,选择适宜的浇注温度、拉坯速率,对C、S等偏析元素精确控制,保证了钢带厚度方向的组织均匀性要求,成功开发出高品质平垫圈用优碳热轧钢带.所得钢带厚度规格为4.5～10 mm,组织均匀,以珠光体+铁素体为主,产品性能满足风电、铁路、钢结构、桥梁、地铁、汽车等行业对高品质平垫圈制造使用要求,具备较强的工业实践及推广价值.
Abstract
Aiming at the upgrading requirements of high strength,high wear resistance,corrosion resistance,fatigue resistance and other properties of hot-rolled steel strip for manufacturing of high-quality mechanical connection flat washers,by optimizing composition design,optimizing argon blowing system during smelting process and collaborative control of tundish superheat,selecting appropriate pouring temperature and billet pulling rate,precise control of C,S and other segregation elements is achieved.To ensure the uniform structure of the steel strip thickness direction,the high quality carbon hot rolled steel strip for flat washers has been successfully developed.The obtained steel strip thickness specification is 4.5-10 mm,uniform organization,mainly pearlite plus ferrite,product performance meets the wind power,railway,steel structure,bridge,subway,automobile and other industries for high-quality flat gasket manufacturing requirements,with strong industrial practice and promotion value.
