模具钢火切裂纹机理分析及预防措施

针对模具钢火切裂纹发生率偏高的问题,结合实际工艺参数,分析了火切裂纹的特性和发生机理.确定了氢致应力、热应力和组织应力是导致火切裂纹的原因.从钢坯入炉前堆垛缓冷至150℃,钢坯加热时间延长至400 min,钢板下线后堆垛缓冷至250℃,钢板切后堆垛缓冷至100℃四方面进行控制,缓解了钢板应力的产生,钢板火切裂纹率由80%将至10.4%.
Study on Flame Cutting Cracks Mechanism and Preventive Measures of Mould Steel
Aiming at the high incidence of fire cutting crack in die steel,the characteristics and mechanism of fire cutting crack were analyzed according to the actual process parameters.It is determined that hydrogen stress,thermal stress and structure stress are the causes of fire crack.The stress of steel plate was alleviated by four controls:stacking and cooling to 150℃before the slab was put into the furnace,the heating time of slab was extended to 400 min,stacking and cooling to 250℃after the steel plate was rolled off the line,and stacking and cooling to 100℃after the steel plate was cut.The crack rate of steel plate was reduced from 80%to 10.4%.
