摘要

宽厚板边部黑线缺陷又称"边直裂",与铸坯角部状态和轧制工艺等因素密切相关,通常以较宽的单条或较细的多条"拉丝状"不同形式出现,是宽厚板生产企业面临的共性问题.构建轧制过程热/力耦合有限元计算模型,研究不同窄面坯形结构的铸坯轧制过程温度场与金属流动变形规律,通过在铸坯窄面预留展宽量,使轧制过程窄面中部的展宽量在最后道次与上下表面展宽量相当,以达到控制黑线分布范围的目的.经现场实施验证,该新型结晶器在改善宽厚板黑线缺陷方面成效显著,黑线与钢板侧缘距离可减小10 mm.

Abstract

The black line defect at the edge of wide and thick plates,also known as"edge straight cracking",is closely related to factors such as the state of the casting slab corner and rolling process.It usually appears in different forms such as wider single strips or thinner multiple"wire drawing"strips.It is a common problem faced by medium and thick plate production enterprises in the industry.Constructing a finite element calculation model for thermal/mechanical coupling in the rolling process,studying the temperature field and metal flow deformation law of casting slabs with different narrow surface slab structures during the rolling process.By reserving a widening amount on the narrow surface of the casting billet,the widening amount in the middle of the narrow surface during the rolling process is equivalent to the widening amount on the upper and lower surfaces in the last pass,in order to achieve the goal of controlling the distribution range of black lines.After on-site implementation verification,the new mould has achieved significant results in improving the black line defects of wide and thick plates,and the distance between the black line and the side edge of the steel plate can be reduced by 10 mm.
