In this paper,the determination of reference materials in acetone by Gas chromatography was studied.The method was validated by changing the inlet temperature,the split ratio and the temperature-programmed conditions.It is confirmed that the method has a good precision and linearity with a small random error and a relative standard deviation of less than 2%,it can be used as the analysis method of homogeneity test and stability test for the reference material of herbicide solution in acetone.
