摘要

含铁尘泥样品采用NaOH熔融并溶解于水中,使样品中的F有效融出.以茜素红S溶液为指示剂,用盐酸(1+1)与NaOH溶液调节溶液pH,加入柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液,调节溶液pH在5~6,用氟离子选择电极测定其电位值,计算样品中F含量.实验结果表明,按照本方法测定含铁尘泥中的F含量,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)均≯3.00%;加标回收率为95%~110%.

Abstract

Metallurgicalferricdust was fused by NaOH and dissolved in water.Fluorine in the sample was effectively melted out.The pH of the solution was adjusted by hydrochloric acid(1+1)and NaOH solution with alizarin red S solution as the indicator.Then the pH of the solution was adjusted between 5 and 6 by adding sodium citrate buffer solution.The potential value was measured with the fluoride ion selective electrode to calculate the content of fluorine in the sample.The results indicate that the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=8)of measured results were less than 3.00%and the recoveries were between 95%-110%.
