异型连铸坯作为重要的基础加工原料,因自身形貌结构及码垛方式,使其当前信息标识与识别较为落后.随着装备技术的发展,与工艺需求有机结合,通过成熟的工业机器人技术与基于机器图像识别算法模型,进行异型连铸钢坯标识与识别装备系统的开发和应用,解决了人工标识和信息跟踪不精准的问题,是实现异型连铸钢坯质量追溯的重要技术手段.介绍了国内某炼钢厂异型连铸钢坯标识与识别装备系统的开发应用情况,在系统投用后,其应用满足现场要求,提高了异型坯质量追溯管控水平.
Research and Application of Identification and Recognition Equipment System for Special-Shaped Continuous Casting Steel Billets
As an important basic processing raw material,the current information identification and recognition of special-shaped continuous casting billets are relatively backward due to their own morphology,structure,and stacking method.With the development of equipment technology and the organic integration with process requirements,the development and application of equipment systems for identifying and recognizing special-shaped continuous casting steel billets are carried out through mature industrial robot technology and machine image recognition algorithm models.This solves the problem of inaccurate manual identification and information tracking,and is an important technical means to achieve quality traceability of special-shaped continuous casting steel billets.This article introduces the development and application of an equipment system for identifying and identifying special-shaped continuous casting steel billets in a domestic steelmaking plant.After the system was put into use,its application met on-site requirements and improved the quality traceability and control level of special-shaped billets.
