EPK系列电动数控螺旋压力机是一种先进的机械设备,但其动力学特性和精度受到运动副间隙的显著影响.运动副是机械系统中允许两个或更多部件相对运动的机构,间隙则会导致机械振动和精度下降.本文基于高级有限元分析和多体系统动力学软件,研究了EPK系列电动数控螺旋压力机中运动副间隙对机械动力学性能的影响.研究结果显示,运动副间隙的大小直接影响机械运动精度和系统自然频率,进而影响整机的动力学响应和加工精度.
Dynamic Research on EPK Series Electric CNC Screw Press with Kinematic Pair Clearance
The EPK series electric CNC screw press is an advanced mechanical equipment,but its dynamic characteristics and accuracy are significantly affected by the clearance of the kinematic pair.A kinematic pair is a mechanism in a mechanical system that allows two or more components to move relative to each other.The gap will cause mechanical vibration and reduced accuracy.Based on advanced finite element analysis and multi-body system dynamics software,this paper studies the impact of the kinematic pair clearance on mechanical dynamic performance in the EPK series electric CNC screw press.Research results show that the size of the kinematic gap directly affects the mechanical motion accuracy and the natural frequency of the system,which in turn affects the dynamic response and processing accuracy of the entire machine.
