基于废钢预热尾气高效利用的废钢预热试验研究

在长流程钢铁企业中高废钢比对降低碳排放及提高经济效益具有一定的意义,其中废钢预热作为一种重要的提高废钢比的方法,其中废钢高效、低碳预热技术也越来越成为行业关注的重点.本研究计算了不同废钢预热温度对提高废钢比的影响,同时,通过基于废钢预热尾气高效利用的废钢预热试验证明,通过蓄热砖回收尾气余热来预热助燃气体可以有效地提高废钢预热效率,为后续钢铁企业开发高效、低碳废钢预热装置的提供了一定的参考价值.
Experimental Study on Scrap Preheating Based On Efficient Utilization of Scrap Preheating Exhaust Gas
The high scrap ratio in the long process of iron and steel enterprises to reduce carbon emissions and improve economic benefits has a certain significance,scrap preheating as an important method to improve the scrap ratio,scrap high efficiency,low carbon baking technology has become more and more the focus of the industry.In this paper,the influence of different scrap preheating temperatures on the improvement of scrap ratio is calculated.Meanwhile,the scrap preheating test based on the efficient utilization of scrap preheating exhaust gas proves that the preheating efficiency of scrap can be effectively improved by recycling exhaust heat from regenerative bricks,which provides a certain reference value for the subsequent development of efficient and low-carbon scrap preheating devices in iron and steel enterprises.
