根据莱钢银山型钢公司2座265 m2烧结成品整粒系统撒漏料、筛分效果差、检修困难等现状,对二、三筛进行系统优化改造,采用整合式新型结构布局的高效环保成品筛分系统,提高了烧结矿筛分质量,同时节电、降低备件费用作用明显,改善了现场作业环境,减少了系统设备维护量,降低了烧结矿-5 mm筛分指数.
Optimization and Application of a New Type of High Efficiency and Environmental Protection Finished Product Screening System for Sinter
According to the current status of the Yinshan Steel Company's two 265 m2 sintering finished product screening and sizing systems,which are prone to leakage,poor screening and sizing effect,and difficult maintenance,the second and third screens were optimized and transformed into an efficient and environment friendly finished product screening and sizing system with a new integrated structure.This system is beneficial for improving the screening quality of sintered ore,and also has obvious effects of saving electricity and reducing spare parts costs.It achieves the goal of improving the working environment,reducing the maintenance volume of system equipment,and reducing the screening index of sintered ore below-5 mm.
