摘要
目的：通过我院处方点评，了解门诊患者用药情况，归纳总结处方书写中存在的问题，以提高门诊处方质量，促进临床合理用药，保障医疗安全。方法随机抽取2013年1月～10月门诊处方3000张，进行点评。结果平均每张处方用药品种数为2.2，平均每张处方金额为178.26元，国家基本药物占处方用药的比例为29.1%，不合理用药处方498张，占总处方的16.6%。结论需要医师及药师有高度的责任心及扎实的业务功底，使中药处方的开具更加规范，防止不合理用药的发生。
Abstract
Objective Understanding the patient’s drug use situation in our hospital through the prescription comments,summary the existing problems in prescription writing, to improve the quality of outpatient prescription and to promote clinical rational drug use, for protect the safety of medical treatment.Method Randomly drawing and comments on 3000 outpatient prescriptions from January to October in 2013.Result Among these prescriptions,in average,the number of drug type is 2.2,prescription charges is 178.26RMB,the national essential drugs accounted for 29.1%,irrational drug use prescription was 498 copies,accounting for 16.6% of the total prescription.Conclusion It requires physicians and pharmacists have high sense of responsibility and solid business foundation,to issue more normative prescriptions of traditional Chinese Medicine, prevent the occurrence of irrational drug use.
