Study on the source of work stress of nursing staff returning to work after second birth in ICU and its solution
The work stress of nursing staff returning to work after second birth in intensive care unit(ICU)is an important problem that affects their physical and mental health and nursing quality.The purpose of this review is to explore the source of work stress faced by nursing staff returning to work after second birth in ICU,and put forward effective strategies to solve it.By identifying the main stressors,such as workload,work intensity,time pressure,family responsibilities,physical recovery,and mood swings,the solution measures including human resource policy,work environment optimization,support plan,time management,emotional regulation and career development strategies are proposed from the three levels of organization,individual and society.It is expected to provide reference and inspiration for nursing managers and policy makers,so as to promote the physical and mental health of nursing staff returning to work after second birth in ICU and improve the quality of nursing service.
