Advances in multidimensional research on dietary interventions for diabetes
Objective To systematically review and analyze the literature on dietary interventions for diabetes, summarizing the scientific evidence of intervention measures and providing management guidance for the prevention and treatment of diabetes. Methods A visual analysis was conducted using Cite Space software, with a comprehensive search of the CNKI database from January 1990 to March 2024 using"diabetes"and"dietary intervention"as key search terms, resulting in 581 valid articles. The analysis included trends in annual publication volume, key research institutions, keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and timeline distribution.Results①Publication Trends:The number of publications on dietary interventions for diabetes has shown an overall increasing trend from January 1990 to March 2024,with a peak in 2021.②Major Research Institutions:Institutions such as Huadong Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University have made significant contributions to research in this field, indicating close-knit research networks in the Jiangsu,Zhejiang, and Shanghai regions.③Keyword Analysis:Research has diversified, focusing on hotspots like"obesity""low-carbohydrate diet""blood glucose""Traditional Chinese Medicinal diet""Mediterranean diet"and"ketogenic diet".Conclusion The field of dietary intervention for diabetes is rapidly evolving towards personalized and precision approaches. The research focus has shifted from traditional"community intervention"and"dyslipidemia"to more nuanced dietary strategies, such as"low-carbohydrate diet"and"ketogenic diet"Emerging research directions, including"glycolipid metabolism"and"intestinal flora"suggest a future emphasis on uncovering deeper mechanisms of the disease and developing tailored intervention strategies.
