摘要
总结1例99岁高龄重度腹泻患者的营养治疗经验,治疗要点包括更换肠内营养制剂、调整管饲喂养方式、给予益生菌调节肠道菌群等.通过精心治疗,该例患者病情逐渐稳定并康复出院.
Abstract
The nutritional treatment experience of a 99-year-old patient with severe diarrhea was summarized.The key points of treatment included replacing enteral nutrition preparations,adjusting tube feeding mode,and giving probiotics to regulate intestinal flora.Through careful treatment,the patient's condition gradually stabilized,and finally recovered and discharged.
