Application of esketamine combined with brachial plexus block in pediatric upper limb fracture surgery and its effect on the fluctuation of signs
Objective To analyze the effect of esketamine combined with brachial plexus block in children with upper limb fracture surgery and its influence on the fluctuation of vital signs. Methods 80 children with upper limb fracture surgery in our hospital were selected,40 children with brachial plexus block in upper limb surgery were included in the control group, and the other 40 children with esketamine combined with brachial plexus block in upper limb surgery were included in the observation group. The anesthetic effect and the fluctuation of vital signs during surgery were noted. Results The anesthesia effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Ramsay sedation score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, pain score was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the fluctuation range of vital signs during operation in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Esketamine combined with brachial plexus block in the operation of upper limb fracture in children is effective and beneficial to reduce the fluctuation of vital signs.
