益母草注射液联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液对剖宫产产妇产后出血及宫底高度的影响

摘要
目的 探讨益母草注射液联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液对剖宫产产妇的影响.方法 以随机数表法将2021年5月-2023年7月我院产科收治的88例剖宫产产妇分为两组.对照组(n=44)予以卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液,观察组(n=44)在对照组基础上加用益母草注射液.统计产后出血情况、宫底高度、血清指标、不良反应.结果 观察组产后2h、产后12h、产后24h的出血量均低于对照组,有统计学差异(P＜0.05);观察组产后3d、产后7d的宫底高度均低于对照组,有统计学差异(P＜0.05);治疗后,观察组各项血清水平均低于对照组,有统计学差异(P＜0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论 益母草注射液联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗可减少产后出血量,降低宫底高度,改善血清指标,且安全性高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Yimucao injection combined with carboprost tromethamine injection on cesarean section women.Methods Using a random number table,88 cesarean section mothers admitted to our obstetrics department from May 2021 to July 2023 were divided into two groups.The control group(n=44)received carboprost tromethamine injection,while the observation group(n=44)received Leonurus injection in addition to the control group.Statistics on postpartum bleeding,uterine floor height,serum indicators,and adverse reactions.Results The bleeding volume of the observation group at 2 hours,12 hours,and 24 hours postpartum was lower than that of the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05);the height of the uterine fundus in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 3 days and 7 days postpartum,with statistical differences(P＜0.05);after treatment,the average serum levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions The combination of Yimucao injection and carboprost tromethamine injection can reduce postpartum bleeding,lower uterine floor height,improve serum indicators,and has high safety.
