Discussion on the effect of high-dose octreotide in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with gastrointestinal bleeding
Objective Explore the effect of different doses of octreotide in the treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis and gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Sixty patients admitted to Guanyun County People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were included in the study. They were equally divided into the high-dose group and the reference group by envelope method, with 30 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with omeprazole combined with octreotide, and the high-dose group was treated with omeprazole combined with high-dose octreotide. The clinical efficacy, clinical related indicators, serum indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy, clinical correlation index and serum index in the high-dose group were better than the reference group(P<0.05);the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with the conventional dose,high-dose octreotide has a better effect on patients with liver cirrhosis and gastrointestinal bleeding, improves the clinical efficacy of patients, improves clinical related indicators and serum indicators, and has no serious adverse reactions, which has reference significance.
