The clinical value of combined detection of ESR,NLR,PLR,HLR,HPR,and LMR in diagnosing rheumatoid arthritis and evaluating its disease activity
Objective To explore the application value of the combination of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR),hemoglobin to lymphocyte ratio(HLR),hemoglobin to platelet ratio(HPR),and lymphocyte to monocyte ratio(LMR)in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and evaluation of its disease activity. Methods Clinical data of 88 RA patients admitted to the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from January 2023 to January 2024 were collected as the RA group. In addition, data of 102 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations at the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University during the same period were collected as the healthy group.Retrospective analysis was conducted to compare the expression levels of ESR,NLR,PLR,HLR,HPR,and LMR between the two groups.Analyze the application value of combined detection of ESR,NLR,PLR,HLR,HPR,and LMR in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis and evaluation of its disease activity. Results ESR,NLR,PLR and LMR in the RA group were higher than those in the healthy group, while HPR and HLR were lower than those in the healthy group(P<0.05);ESR and LMR during the active period were higher than those during the remission period, while the HLR,HPR were lower than those during the remission period(P<0.05);constructing a Logistic multiple regression model,it was found that an increase in ESR and a decrease in HLR are risk factors for the relationship between disease activity in RA patients(P<0.05);draw ROC curve and combine ESR with HLR detection to evaluate RA disease activity,AUC=0.825(95%CI:0.739-0.911).Conclusion ESR combined with HLR detection has good predictive value in evaluating RA disease activity.
