Effect of combined detection of β2-microglobulin,urea nitrogen, creatinine, cystatin C and glycated hemoglobin on diagnostic accuracy of renal function in patients with type 2 diabetes
Objective To analyze the effect of combined detection of β2-microglobulin,urea nitrogen, creatinine, cystatin C and glycated hemoglobin in renal function in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods From January 2022 to February 2024,80 patients were selected in our hospital,30 healthy subjects were selected as control group,25 patients with type 2 diabetes kidney injury were selected as observation group A,and 25 patients with simple type 2 diabetes were selected as observation group B.The renal function indexes and HBA1c values of the three groups were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of β2-microglobulin,urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and cystatin C in observation groups A and B were higher, and the levels of β2-microglobulin,urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and cystatin C in observation group A were significantly higher than those in observation group B,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin in observation groups A and B were higher than those in control group, the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).In ROC curve analysis of diabetes-related test indicators,SE was 0.04,AUC(area under the curve)was 0.807,and 95%CI were 0.738-0.864(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination test of β2-microglobulin,urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, cystatin C and glycated hemoglobin is beneficial for physicians to observe the development of type 2 diabetes patients, and provides a reliable basis for targeted treatment and judgment of prognosis and recovery effect. It is highly sensitive and worthy of clinical recommendation.
