运用Nearpod网站中的互动课程进行超声案例教学的应用探索

目的 探索运用Nearpod网站(https://nearpod。com)的互动课程在超声医学科住院医师规范化培训中进行超声案例教学的应用效果。方法 选择2024年2月-5月来我院规培的50例临床医师作为研究对象,按照掷硬币的方式分为研究组(采用基于Nearpod网站的互动课程案例教学模式)和传统组(采用传统教学模式),每组25例,比较两组考核成绩、教学效果评价和教学满意度。结果 与传统组比较,研究组的考核成绩更好(P<0。05),教学效果评价和教学满意度更高(P<0。05)。结论 Nearpod网站的案例教学法有助于提升规培医师的培训效果,提高教学质量。
Application exploration of ultrasonic case teaching by using the interactive course in Nearpod website
Objective To explore the application effect of the case teaching method based on Nearpod website in the standardized training of resident physicians in the department of ultrasound medicine.Methods 50 clinicians who came to our hospital for training from February to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the coin toss,they are divided into the study group(using the case teaching mode based on Nearpod website)and the traditional group(using the traditional teaching mode)with 25 cases in each group.The assessment results,teaching effect evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the traditional group,the study group had better assessment scores(P<0.05),higher teaching effect evaluation and teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The case teaching method based on Nearpod is helpful to improve the training effect and teaching quality of physicians.
