Study on the application value of clinical nursing pathway based on the concept of holistic nursing of responsibility system in children with thyroglossal duct cyst after operation
Objective To study the application value of clinical nursing pathway based on the concept of holistic nursing system in children with thyroglossal duct cyst after surgery.Methods A total of 80 children who underwent thyroglossal cyst surgery in Shanghai Children's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into CNP group(40 cases,clinical nursing path based on the concept of holistic nursing system)and control group(40 cases,routine nursing),and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the hospital stay in CNP group was shorter,the hospital cost and pain score were lower(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of CNP group was significantly higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in CNP group was significantly lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of the clinical nursing path based on the concept of holistic care of responsibility system in children with thyroglossal duct cyst can effectively relieve pain,shorten hospital stay and reduce hospital expenses,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce postoperative complications.
