Objective To investigate the effects of expectation-parturience-postpartum care(LDR)in the delivery room on maternal mood and maternal and infant outcomes. Methods From June 2023 to April 2024,68 women from our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the intention of the women. The LDR group(n=34)received LDR delivery room nursing, and the control group(n=34)received general delivery room nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the CPSS score and SAS score in the first stage of labor in the LDR group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the EPDS score at 1 month and 3 months after delivery in the LDR group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the incidence of obstructed labor and puerperal infection in the LDR group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion LDR delivery room nursing mode for pregnant women can reduce their prenatal stress and anxiety, prevent postpartum depression, and improve maternal and infant outcomes to some extent.
