Effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing on muscle strength and quality of life in patients with organophosphorus poisoning
Objective To analyze the effects of systematic rehabilitation nursing on muscle strength and quality of life in patients with Late-onset peripheral neuropathy(LPN)caused by organophosphorus poisoning. Methods In this study,19 patients receiving LPN treatment due to organophosphorus poisoning in our hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly selected as the control group, and the nursing service implemented during this period was routine nursing, and 19 patients receiving LPN treatment due to organophosphorus poisoning in our hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly selected as the observation group. The nursing service implemented during this period is systematic rehabilitation nursing. Results Statistical analysis of muscle strength, nerve conduction velocity, quality of life and psychological state showed a strong consistency before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing, the above indexes in the observation group were statistically significant compared with those in the comparison group,P<0.05.Conclusion It is very important for patients with LPN caused by organophosphorus poisoning to do a good job in nursing, among which systematic rehabilitation nursing is a relatively ideal nursing method, which can improve the psychological state of patients on the basis of improving the muscle strength, nerve conduction speed and quality of life of patients, and is worthy of further clinical analysis and promotion and application.
