Clinical observation on recovery of intestinal function and prevention of constipation after initial feeding after cesarean section
Objective To observe the clinical effect of early feeding after cesarean section in the recovery of gastrointestinal function and prevention of constipation. Methods The subjects of this study were included in December 2019 and December 2022,respectively,including 48 women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital. In order to ensure the fairness and referencability of the experimental results,a computer random grouping method was used to group women,24 of whom were in the observation group and had early postoperative eating. The other 24 parturients were the control group, and the clinical effects of the two groups of parturients were compared and analyzed. Results The recovery time indexes in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the incidence of constipation was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Lactation in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early eating during the postoperative intervention for cesarean section has a positive impact on the recovery of gastrointestinal function,is conducive to constipation prevention and better lactation, and obtains the higher satisfaction of the parturient to the hospital, which is worthy of further clinical analysis and application.
