Analysis of nursing effect of pulmonary function rehabilitation training on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of rehabilitation training for pulmonary dysfunction in elderly patients with COPD and its influence on lung function and quality of life. Methods A total of 98 cases of elderly patients receiving COPD treatment in our hospital were randomly selected for the study. For the purpose of fair and equitable grouping of patients,a computer random grouping method was selected, and the patients were divided into an observation group(n=49)with the same number of patients and a control group(n=49).The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was given pulmonary dysfunction rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group. Results There were no significant differences in lung function, quality of life,6-minute walking distance and dyspnea between the two groups before nursing,P>0.05;analysis of relevant data after nursing showed significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, patients in the observation group had higher satisfaction with nursing services(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training for pulmonary dysfunction is a relatively ideal nursing method for elderly COPD patients, which is helpful to improve the lung function, quality of life,6-minute walking distance and degree of dyspnea of patients, and obtain a relatively high degree of satisfaction.
