Effect of auricular point sticking combined with acupuncture intervention on gastrointestinal function recovery and abdominal pain in SAP patients with acute gastrointestinal injury
Objective To explore the effect of auricular point sticking combined with acupuncture intervention on gastrointestinal function recovery and abdominal pain in patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)with acute gastrointestinal injury. Methods A total of 122 patients with SAP acute gastrointestinal injury from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group(n=61)received conventional Western medicine intervention, and the study group(n=61)combined with auricular point sticking and acupuncture intervention on this basis. The therapeutic effect, clinical correlation indexes, intestinal mucosal barrier indexes and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results The efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, bowel sound recovery time and spontaneous defecation time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the intestinal mucosal barrier index of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the inflammatory factors in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point sticking combined with acupuncture intervention can significantly promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce the symptoms of abdominal pain and inflammation in SAP patients with acute gastrointestinal injury, and improve the curative effect.
